Hi, I’m Carol Griffiths, and I’ve spent the last 30+ years in the trenches of sales – I’ve done every sales role from Sales Executive to MD and Board Advisor.

For the last 20 years, I’ve worked with CEOs, CROs, and Sales Leaders to turn underperforming sales functions into revenue powerhouses, and ultimately, high performance sales teams by helping:
