Will you send an invoice?

 

Yes, within 24 hrs of your order booking, this needs to be paid at least 10 days before the program takes place

 

How do I pay?

 

BACS or cheque

 

Do you do in-house training?

 

Yes, we can design programs specifically for your company, the existing skill set and the company/team aims

 

What is the format?

 

Lively, practical, interactive, results driven, round table discussions, guided learning with easy to use workbooks and not a school row in sight!

 

How many attendees per session?

 

Anything from 4 to 8 but never any more

We keep in contact with our delegates post training to see how they are getting on and to offer any additional support.

 

Where does the training take place?

 

Either in our offices in Sheffield or at local venues, alternatively we can deliver any bespoke solutions at your offices. We work on a National basis.
